Can i buy directly from you?

We, the company Hermann Hartje KG, are a wholesaler of items including bicycles and bicycle parts. Our products are sold exclusively through retailers. You can find your closest specialist retailer in the section “Dealer“.

Where can i see or test ride your models?

Please use the section “Dealer” and personally contact your specialist retailer, who will be more than happy to help you with this.

How long is the service life of a rechargeable battery?

There are no precise guide values about this. Battery manufacturers only give an indication about the highest possible number of ‘full charging cycles’ (e.g. BOSCH guarantees 500 full charging cycles) before the capacity decreases.
However, this is dependent on a variety of factors such as storage, usage, outside temperature, etc. The battery’s age also plays an important role here.

My e-bike must be serviced, who can help me?

Your first point of contact is your “Dealer“. He/she will be able to inspect your bike and contact our Service department where required.
Please understand that e.g. fault diagnostics via e-mail or phone are not always possible.
